Eventually we reached a deal after a firm but respectful negotiation and meeting of the minds. Overall a great experience and I still feel good about today. Zac was great also on the financing end. I was especially happy with the surprise at end of deal... I got a free bonus gift- and a good one too! Also, after possession, and transferring everything to my vehicle, I realized there were no floor Mats. I went back in expecting the worse. Getting proper floor mats during rainy season was super important to me. The boys took care of me even though it was closing time, after actually ... 9:30pm... I was truly being a pain in the butt at that point. That was the greatest part of all customer experience wise which showed their true colours and motivated me to do this review. Thanks also to the Mgr involved with that as I truly understood it was a step over and above and not necessarily expected. You guys are first class! I will refer others if I get a chance. More
