I've been looking for a Grand Cherokee Eco Diesel for some time and checked a few other dealers but when I sat with Cam, things we're rolling and he put an awesome package together. Dave in Finance laid out great financing and warranty options and there wasn't any hard selling tactics which I've heard other dealers do. There was a small dent that was identified on inspection and Wayne in service took care of it right away and it looked perfect. I met the Owner Gord who was friendly and appreciative of the business. Exceptional professionalism, price and service I went in for an oil change for my 2011 dodge ram. While waiting I looked at some new rams based on new upgrades done in 2013. I was approached by Kat I went in for an oil change for my 2011 dodge ram. While waiting I looked at some new rams based on new upgrades done in 2013. I was approached by Kathy who inquired if I would be interested to trade my current ram to a newer model. I replied that if I get a good price for my current one and a great price for the new one, I would consider it. She went to Frank the sales manager and Frank came back with an attractive price for my vehicle and an even more attractive price for the new one. Deal was too good to turn down. I took a week to think about it and I was not pressured by anyone during that entire time. When I had a few questions, Cam the general manager stepped in while Frank was away. The fact that they were on the same page and kept the flow going was impressive considering the fact that Frank and Can were not away for more than a day. Eventually ended up closing the deal and signing with Chris in Finance and meeting Gord the President along the way. All the people I dealt with conducted themselves with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity. A very rare find in dealerships today. This prompted me to go on here and voice my experience. Thank you and I look forward to doing business with you all again. More

Worst new car experience in 30 years!!! Was contacted numerous times to go pick up the vehicle, even though the proper vehicle was not there. Got the vehicle with extra's that I did not ask for. Delays in getting licensing. Had me wait an hour (after telling me that He would back in a few minutes), so he basically lied to me. Asked for the General Manager, but never came out to talk to me. Just found out from my Insurance Company that the dealership did not contact them for coverage, even though the car is almost fully financed by RBC. So I basically drove off the lot with NO insurance. Sent letters to all 3 levels of Management, and no response. They capture the sale, and after that, you're on your own. Worst sales experience period. Go to another Chrysler dealership in Mississauga. More
