Worst new car experience in 30 years!!! Was contacted numerous times to go pick up the vehicle, even though the proper vehicle was not there. Asked for the General Manager, but never came out to talk to me. Just found out from my Insurance Company that the dealership did not contact them for coverage, even though the car is almost fully financed by RBC. So I basically drove off the lot with NO insurance. Sent letters to all 3 levels of Management, and no response. They capture the sale, and after that, you're on your own. Worst sales experience period. Go to another Chrysler dealership in Mississauga. More

Liars, cheats I almost bought a Dodge Dart from them, until they tried to tack on $900 in admin, "nitrogen warranty", and etching fees. A quick trip to the OMVIC website will reveal to anyone that this old-school tactic is simply illegal now. I'm glad I left, and I'll never be back. More

Another great service experience Another visit to the service department. My wife's Dodge Grand Caravan had a snapped off a bolt head during the installation of a hitch. Many places I phoned didn't have the time or expertise in dealing with broken bolt extraction. I phoned Tara mid morning on Monday - by the sounds of it, the service department was busy. Tara was able to squeeze mew in unscheduled. I dropped the van off just before lunch and received a complimentary ride back. Before 3 pm - Tara was on the phone to me saying that the broken bolt piece was removed, replaced with a new part, and they had also performed a recall on the van I was unaware of. Total cost was less than eating out at a fast food place with the family and all my expectations were exceeded. The dealership isn't a place you would normally think of for trailer hitch related problems. Highly recommended and I will be a repeat customer going forward. More
