My experience shopping at Cap VW exceeded my expectations, then and now. I bought a new Jetta in 2014 and had such a good outcome I came back yesterday and bought another Jetta. Not only was the salesperson, Sarah, topnotch, she did her best to make sure I was treated well throughout the whole process from my initial phone call, the test drive, the negotiation, and the final sale. She took it one step further and set up my phone and nav system for me. As a senior, buying a new car waa overwhelming as the technology has changed so much since 2014, but she kindly guided me through and made it so easy and stress-free. The whole experience, even the ICBC rep was wonderful to work with. I have only positive things to say and was very pleased from start to finish. My preference was to work with Sarah and, indeed, I made the right choice. More
