"I came into the dealership and purchased a CPO Porsche cayenne for $107,000. I came back after 2 days when I noticed a cracked passenger tail light. I asked the dealership to replace it (I did not cause the damage, it was there when I purchased it) . When they pushed back on replacing it, I asked them to help with the replacement cost. They told me to either buy the car or don't. I was extremely upset and dissatisfied with my purchasing experience. I love the car minus the tail light. I thought the brand Porsche differed from other brands and it values relationships. I was wrong. Again love the car but wished the dealership approached the matter differently and values long term relationships rather than a quick sale."

"In 2025, I took a Boxster GTS allocation, did the build (gorgeous Gentian Blue, manual transmission), paid my deposit, and waited on my car to be built. Once it arrived at the dealership, and before I could come pick it up, they applied an overpriced ceramic coating without my consent and refused to remove the charge. I should have walked away and demanded a refund of my deposit. I was weak and too excited for the car. I am going elsewhere for my service and will never do business with them again (I also have a 997 Carrera S and this will not be my last Porsche purchase unless I die early). The purchase experience was absurdly bad it seemed like an after thought."
