"Just a money grab service department! Cayenne is still under warranty, emergency parking lights stays on I’m being told to do the diagnostic it’s 150$ and there is a chance it’s not under warranty! I’m giving them an opportunity to inspect my vehicle for other potentially warranty work and they want to charge over $200 for an inspection. They want to be paid by the client and Porsche warrantee! That is why I purchased in Toronto. World of a difference in the level of service. "

"I don't remember once having an appointment run smoothly. One month ago a service car was booked for 10:00 today. 10:45 I have to call over 4 times to get a hold of a service provider to find out why no one was here to pick up my car. Excuses were made. Very unhappy with this dealership. Only 2 reviews have I ever written and both have been about the same thing regarding this dealership . 100% going to find somewhere else to service my car."
