Very disappointing experience with the service advisors. I will never go back again. I found out if a service is recommended by any specific service advisor, any other service advisor will not be interested I will never go back again. I found out if a service is recommended by any specific service advisor, any other service advisor will not be interested to complete that work because he's not going to get commission for that work. I went there 2-3 times on Saturdays to get the recommended job done but no other advisor was interested because the advisor who recommended the service was not available. I told a senior advisor clearly that I'll never come back to Dayton Toyota again because of their rude attitude. He didn't seem to care anyway. More

Great Customer Service Tom takes the time to explain to the customer what needs to be done, the cost of the repairs and how long the work will take. During the repairs he keeps the customer informed on the progress of the repair work. I think that Tom provides great customer service and is an excellent representative of the Service Department at Dayton Toyota. More
