We just bought a pre-owned 2018 Toyota RAV4 hybrid from this dealer. The whole experience was very good. Our salesman was Mike Kayyalli. He was very pleasant and did a great job getting everything done so we could take the car that day. When we got home we discovered that there was no owners manual in the car. I called Mike and he managed to find one for us and overnighted it to us. Since we live quite a distance away, that was a huge help. Chris, who handles internet inquiries, was also very nice and helpful. I would recommend this dealership highly. More

Toyota of Braintree is wonderful! The sales and service staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If there is a problem, they will try and fix it or recommend who could help you.
