This is a fantastic place to buy a car. NO high pressure sales. NO games. I was thrilled with my salesman, Thomas Snead. He was able to answer EVERY question I had about the car I was interested in. He was professional and courteous and genuinely interested in my being happy with the vehicle. After I purchased it and left the dealership, I realized I had collected all my belongings from my old car except for what was in the console which included a handprint fingerprint plate my granddaughter had made me 5 years ago. On Monday, I went back and my old car had already been sent to the auction. But that didn't stop the superior customer service of Brandon Ford. Zoran Krekic called the manager of the auction and explained the situation. The man went looking, found my car, gathered my things and then Zoran had Thomas drive over to the auction to retrieve them for me. I have never had such excellent customer service and such an easy time purchasing a vehicle in my life! I highly recommend Brandon Ford to anyone looking for a low-key, pleasant purchase experience. More
