First Time Buyer + Crown Eurocars = Great Experience This was the first time I ever went to a dealer to shop for a car on my own. I visited several dealers with different types of cars however crown Euro This was the first time I ever went to a dealer to shop for a car on my own. I visited several dealers with different types of cars however crown Euro Cars was by far my favorite. My previous car I had for 8 years and was very nervous and scared as a young buyer. I came in with lots of requests, questions, and of course a budget. Zoltan Krempaszky was able to listen to what I shared, pick out what was important to me, and alleviated all the stress and nerves associated with the car buying process. I never felt pushed or rushed and he made it so that not only would I have options of the cars that I could purchase, but also a clear vision of the value associated with the features I would be paying for. During the few hours I spent at the dealership I was able to look at several different cars and receive a clear and knowledgeable answer for all of my questions. Mr. Klak stayed late that night to help me get the right financing for the car and was able to explain the small intricacies of how warrantees and coverage worked since this was my first time making these choices. I was most impressed overall by the fact that they were genuinely trying to help me find something that I loved, and I walked away with a Mercedes that I haven't been able to take my eyes off of. Im incredibly happy with the entire experience and hope to be able to buy from them again in the future! More

We went in looking for a used car but Zoltan and the gang offered us a pretty good deal on a new one. They were very nice and didn't put any pressure on us and even gave us a day or 2 to think about it. Also enjoyed Will who spent 40 minutes showing us how to work the gizmos in the car. Fingers crossed that the service area is just as good. More

We had previously been burned by the high pressure "used car salesmen" that left us defensive and wary. These gentleman actually made the experience pleasant. They bent over backwards to give us a fair deal, treated us with courtesy and respect and were very straightforward every step of the way. We cant say enough good things about the experience. We were so happy we ended up buying 2 vehicles from them instead of the 1 that originally came there to purchase. Keep up the good work guys! More
