Great Service Resolving Issues We recently had my Acura in to diagnose and fix a problem. Zach was our service representive and provided regular updates and helped clearly explain We recently had my Acura in to diagnose and fix a problem. Zach was our service representive and provided regular updates and helped clearly explain our repair options. I joined Eddie for a diagnostic drive and he quickly identified the issue which was verified after additional testing. The repair took slightly longer than we had anticipated, but we were provided a loaner (2016 TLX) along with all of the normal, friendly service we get at Acura. After we picked up the car, we had a battery issue and Zach sent a service representative who picked up my car and left a loaner (2016 MDX) for the day. Larry, the service manager, spoke with my wife and made sure that the issue was quickly resolved at no additional cost. The service at Acura Columbus was excellent and we will continue to use them for all of my car's servicing. More

Have had problems with my rear passenger door since day one I have had problems with the rear passenger door latch on my 2014 MDX since day one. It doesn't catch properly at times. The service team at Acura of I have had problems with the rear passenger door latch on my 2014 MDX since day one. It doesn't catch properly at times. The service team at Acura of columbus has never acknowledged my concern . Finally last week I had my car in for service and one of the service managers looked at it and agreed. They couldnt do any work on it then so I made an appointment for the following week. He promised that they would take the inside door panel off at that time. I also ordered 2 new tires. Well I got the tires ---490.00$ and paid for them. Nobody went over the repair with me. I asked for someone to talk with me about it and they sent out a customer service kid who had no idea. Well I got it home and it is still doing the same thing. I doubt that they removed the door panel because the work was done fairly quickly. And another problem was lack of loaner cars despite making my appointment a week in advance . They washed the outside of the car but did not vacuum the floor mats up front or in the back. More

I have never priced tires with a dealer in the past thinking they would be expensive compared to local tire stores, but got the same tires I was looking for with a 4 wheel alignment for less than the local stores. Great experience! More

Too busy Zachary was great to work with! But, I had to wait a week to get my car in, and then I had to wait, as there were no loaner vehicles available. They d Zachary was great to work with! Still no loaner vehicles, so I had to make another visit the next day. Zach was very professional, and thanked me for my patience, but it wasn't my best experience. More
