Stress-Free Negotiations I contacted Zach Nagler in search of a 2016 Subaru Outback 3.6R fully loaded, in Wilderness Green, a color that apparently isnt very popular - or is s I contacted Zach Nagler in search of a 2016 Subaru Outback 3.6R fully loaded, in Wilderness Green, a color that apparently isnt very popular - or is so popular no one has one. I presented my trade in, a 2014 Honda Ridgeline with very low mileage, test drove an Outback (with the smaller 2.5 engine) and a Legacy that had the 3.6R engine. He introduced me to Wendy, the sales manager (so nice to see a woman in that spot!) and I must say, it was the easiest car negotiation I believe I have ever encountered. Although I have not purchased a Subaru yet (see para #1 - scarce color and trim), so I cannot rate them on final price and quality of closing the deal, I feel confident that Wendy, Zach, and the rest of the team at Gateway would treat me ethically in regard to sales and service. Now if we can only find the Outback I want! More

Awesome experience!! I was in the market for a used vehicle while on a tight budget. I found a nice mini van with low mileage at Gateway Subaru and immediately sent an ema I was in the market for a used vehicle while on a tight budget. I found a nice mini van with low mileage at Gateway Subaru and immediately sent an email. Within minutes Zach responded. He was courteous and seemed to truly understand my situation. After a few days and a few chats with his manager (Wendy) he was able to bring the van down to an affordable price for me I then scheduled my test drive and was blown away by the customer service I received from both Zach and Wendy. I was not there buying an expensive new vehicle but they treated me with the same respect and acted as though me getting my used mini van meant just as much to them. The mini van at Gateway Subaru was less expensive with less mileage than others I checked in Salisbury and I appreciate them sticking to my price after another customer offered full asking price ($1500 more) before I had signed the papers. All in all it was a great experience. I was anxious going into the process but couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thank you so much Zach and Wendy!! More

My girlfriend and I recently purchased her 2016 BRZ Limited and we both couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The salesman's name was Zach. Such a great dude. Very laid back and seemed to care for our satisfaction over just making a sale. The whole process took nearly no time, including the credit approval and all the paperwork. I've purchased 2 new vehicles myself and those experiences weren't nearly as simple and easy as Gateway made it. Zach got us a great deal on the car and made us very happy. Renee and Wendy handled my paperwork and were also a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend anybody looking for a new Subaru or a quality pre-owned vehicle to go straight to Gateway. You'll be glad you did. More

A+ Customer Service My husband and I were in the market for a "new to us" new car. We had been looking online at different places. My husband happened to be riding by Gat My husband and I were in the market for a "new to us" new car. We had been looking online at different places. My husband happened to be riding by Gateway Subaru and decided to see what they had. He came across a 2012 Honda Accord. He told me about it, but I liked a different vehicle. We looked at the Accord one weekend, but were still on the fence about which vehicle we wanted. We headed up to Salisbury today to look at a vehicle, but it had been sold. Then, we stopped at another dealership, but felt the salesperson didn't do all they could to get our payment in the range we wanted. So, we decided to see if the Accord was still at Gateway and to possibly test drive it. We were greeted by Zachary Nagler when we got there. He was very informative about the vehicle and very down to earth. He even looked around the vehicle to point out any flaws, there weren't really any. He took us on a test drive. He and the staff at Gateway Subaru worked hard to get us a payment that was in the range we were seeking! I would recommend Gateway Subaru to anyone who is looking to buy a used or new car. They provided superb customer Service. Definitely top notch! More
