Shynelle was very helpful as well, assisting Keith when he was off or is he was busy and could not respond right away. On the day I signed, he had all of the paperwork ready to go for our scheduled appointment and I was done with that and the finance department in no time. Very easy and smooth transaction. I opened my trifold cover for the first time today. Its dented on the underside. Thanks a lot for putting a dented one on a brand new truck. It's an obvious dent. Your "team" could not of missed it during the install. Doing this only after sticking it to me on my trade while being dis-honest with me about how much you were listing it for on your lot. On top of that hitting my with another $1000 your sales team told me they didn't charge and refusing to make it right. Even after the salesperson had told you he told me that. I guess poor management/leadership does trickle down to the employees. These are things I would expect from a Buy Here Pay Here lot. Not from a new car dealership. Good thing is you won't get another dime out of me. Me and anyone in my family will never do business there again. I'll be sure to pass my very honest experience on to anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle as well. Love the truck. Regret buying it from your dealership. Congratulations you have won the award for the worst dealer I have ever done business with. More
