This was my first Lexus purchase, and unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. Coming from Cadillac for the past 12 years, I anticipated a higher-level experience. The car itself is very nice and drives well, but the dealership experience was unpleasant. I didn't feel recognized as a new customer. Your staff lacked genuine warmth or personalized attention. It seemed transactional rather than welcoming. You could've made more effort to explain features or check my satisfaction. A follow-up after purchase would also have helped me feel valued. Additionally, items promised at delivery, like cargo mats and wheel locks, were out of stock. Never received them. I gave up! I had to continuously call to follow up on these items, which added frustration to the process. Overall, the experience left me reconsidering returning to this dealer in a future because the customer care didn't match the quality of your cars. More
