Not only does Yolanda take the time to make my visit hassle free, she also ALWAYS make me feel as if I'm the only customer she will be seeing that day. No one looks foreward to a car repair or service expense but after meeting with Yolanda at Jerry's Toyota on Belair Road service department, I feel I've been well advised and properly taken care of. She does her job with sincerity and has always had an answer for any question I have. In addition to her professionalism, Yolanda assures me that whatever has to be done will be done right and I've grown to trust and feel very comfortable with her being the overseer of my car service. I remember sharing during my first meeting with her, how I dread going to service shops. It's still not my favorite place to visit but Yolanda's personal touch, along with her knowledge and professionalism has made it so much easier. Love My Service Rep It's a pleasure bringing my car in for service and having a fantastic service rep who is professional, always pleasant and knowledgeable. Yolanda explains what needs to be done in priority order and how important it is to take care of those things. If there are any changes or something else is found that needs repair Yolanda communicates that information to me immediately. I have never had to take my car back for something that was supposed to be done and wasn't done. My car is serviced and delivered back to me by the time promised. More

We were helped immediately by Yolanda Stanley who greeted us with a smile and was very professional. We were off to breakfast and Yolanda told me she would call us when the car was ready. Within 45 minutes our service was completed. We went back to see Yolanda who informed us that she ordered the recall part and informed us of additional work needed.
