Dropped off the vehicle on a Sunday. Spoke with Andre Monday morning letting him know the truck would be there all week and we would pick it back up Friday night. After that there was NO Spoke with Andre Monday morning letting him know the truck would be there all week and we would pick it back up Friday night. After that there was NO communication. I sent Multiple texts and even left phone calls. My partner called even and no response or text or anything. She left a message saying we would be picking up the truck Friday Night. Spoke to the sales agent. Told him we would be picking up the truck Friday. We finally received a text from Andre saying the Truck was ready. I responded we would pick it up Friday night. Friday night rolls around and the keys were not at the reception desk. It took almost an hour to find my keys. Just complete breakdown with communication. Not a good first experience with service More
