I was astonishingly impressed by the team that helped me lease my first mercedes benz. I begin with Sonya Mineau who texted me for the past couple of months keeping me up to date on the availability of the 2023 GLC300. Her calls and texts were upbeat and I never felt pressured. I came in after Sonya let me know they were available and I met Vito Argote who took me on two test drives that I wanted to go on and explained very well the differences between the two models (22 GLB and 23 GLC). I met the sales manager Danny Kaboub who also was pleasant to work with to get into a leasing deal that made sense for me. I left and promised to come back over the weekend. There were no pressure calls. Sonya texted me on Saturday asking if I still intended on coming in and I did on the Sunday. I told Danny and Vito exactly the kind of deal I was looking for and we agreed within an hour. I met with the finance manager Yatin Kamble who explained all the options in detail and was very kind and patient. Finally but not least, I met with Jonny Pham for two hours when I came to pick the car up. He was very thorough, from helping setup a new transponder to explaining all the options within my car. It was a relief and pleasure to not have to go home and read a sizable manual. He also setup a follow on appointment for any more questions and to go into detail on some options.
