I would recommend this dealership as they don’t charge any dealer premium over sticker like many, have pretty good follow up to commitments and generally deliver on their promises. I didn’t like having any dealer premium over sticker like many, have pretty good follow up to commitments and generally deliver on their promises. I didn’t like having to sign a waiver of my legal rights to go to arbitration if there is a dispute after the sale. I understand why they do it due to frivolous law suits but I guess that’s what it takes to buy a car these days. I initially went there as I had a terrific experience with their parts dept and a salesman who helped me with a blow fuse for my Tacoma. I hope the experience repeats when I use the Maint program I purchased. More
