I think we all know that most dealers will shift numbers to fit, but they were very straightforward. Here's our vehicle cost, less the posted discount, and a realistic trade value. Michael was extremely professional to deal with and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend Michael for his integrity and customer service stance.
