I'm so pleased how he handled everything. As for the dealership, Giving UBER instead rental car to the customer is very inconvenient you need to do something about it and improve the process. I know we are not perfect, Active listening ,Empathy, Professionalism ,Honesty and Transparency are the Key for improvement.
