In April I bought a brand new 2013 Focus. As I hit 5,000 miles I had already needed a transmission. I was not a happy camper. I took the car back to Jannell and brought it to the service department. I dealt mostly with Andrew and he was so amazing and took time and effort in helping me. While my car was being fixed he was always keeping in touch with me to keep me up to date with the on goings. When I got my car back I continued to have problems. I DID NOT once blame Jannell as the car came from the manufacture and was obviously just the "runt" of the lot. As my problems continued Jannell stood by me and my car and helped me greatly. Jannell worked with me in helping me with a new car and I couldn't be happier. They all went above and beyond in helping me. William Roderick was my number one helper in dealing with my problems. I would recommend Jannell to anyone because they stand by everything and are always there to help you. They make buying or leasing a car or truck a pleasant easy hassle free experience. Service repair is also amazing in keeping you informed and helping you stay safe while on the road! Jannell will always be my come to for a new vehicle! Thank you to all! Everyone is amazing!!!! More

Came to the Jannell dealership just before the Christmas holiday. Although they didn't have a 2013 Ford Escape in the color and options I wanted, Mr William Roderick located one at another dealer that fit holiday. Although they didn't have a 2013 Ford Escape in the color and options I wanted, Mr William Roderick located one at another dealer that fit the bill. Unfortunately before a transfer could be arranged the car was sold. Undaunted, a new search was initiated and in a few days a second car was found at another dealership. Almost at the speed of light the car was delivered to Jannell Ford, cleaned up, made ready, paperwork done, registration, plates, ownership transferred etc. All this right before and during holiday preparation time by all including me. Hats off to everybody at Jannell Ford, especially to John Kendrick who took care of all the little things and returned all of my phone calls with all of my dumb questions. John spent a good deal of time before I left with the new car explaining and showing me all of the switches, buttons gadgets and do-dads,and helped download phone contacts into Ford Sync even showed my how to use Voice Commands in the new toy. My recent car buying experience @ Jannell could not have been easier or more satisfying. This was a huge purchase for me which I put off for way too long and I'd heard the stories about the stereotypical c been easier or more satisfying. This was a huge purchase for me which I put off for way too long and I'd heard the stories about the stereotypical car salesman and I just didn't want to deal with that, however I recently reached the point where I had to get a new car. I'd been bringing my current car to the service department at Jannell for years and have always been treated fairly and respectfully and I was confident going in that those same courtesies would apply in the Sales department. I met the GM Bill Roderick in the parking lot and he immediately put me at ease. From the way he spoke about Ford, I could tell that he truly believed in the product and not just talking the talk. Bill introduced me to Bassem Yacub who made it clear to me from the get to that he was putting me in a new car that same day (which he did). I told Bassem what I was looking for and gave him my list of “must haves” and “don’t needs” and at no time did he try to sell me something I didn't want. I finally decided on a beautiful 2009 Ford Escape and it was time to talk money which was when I met Jason, the Sales Manager. Jason’s a young, eager guy who honestly believes in the Ford product. He shared Bassem’s enthusiasm and optimism about my getting that car that day and he crunched the numbers made it work (he even gave me money on my old car which had just been rejected for an inspection sticker.) The price I paid for my car was within my range and they were all so excited that I was able to close the deal. These guys genuinely believe in what they are doing and they truly care about what the buyer wants, not just about meeting some quota. I highly recommend putting Jannell on your list of places to visit if you are looking for a new or pre-owned car. You will not be disappointed. Christine Dolan More

Overall it was a very positive experience. The communication between myself and Richard via phone was excellent. Living an hour away from the dealership this was important and helped cut down on t communication between myself and Richard via phone was excellent. When at the dealership everything went smoothly and at a quick pace which was nice and they really catered to my needs. Also the GM William was a pleasure to deal with, he was a huge help in making the purchase happen and in a timely fashion. I would recommend this dealership and return in the future. More

Andy Clark was my primary sales representative, but what I liked about the dealership was everyone worked together to get me the car I was looking for. There was a great sense of teamwork and putting the customer first. The environment of the dealership was pleasant, friendly always maintaining a level of professionalism. Essentially you can buy a car anywhere, but it's the personality and feeling you get when you walk in the door of a dealership that makes you buy a car from a specific dealership. Jannell Ford is that kind of dealership, the kind you want to buy a car from. After always driving a Chevy this if my first Ford and so where I bought my vehicle was very important to me. Working with the team at Jannell gave me the sense that not only was the sale important, but the product and the customer are more important. My experience with Andy Clark and the entire team at Jannell was A+. They care about what they do and how they do it which makes the difference when you have a choice where to go to buy a car. More

I have known this dealership for about 5 years now. My wife bought a car about 5 years ago, and we kept in touch. Jannell's service department is very clean, helpful, and professional, and we were very happy with the kinds of service we were getting for my wife's first new car. Now I needed a car, but I had a lot of issues with my credit. Two finance managers worked on it, tried their best, and gave up. Then William Roderick, the General Manager, took on this challenge and made it happen. Now I not only have a new car, but also I can build my credit up from the bottom. Truly it is a rarity that a consumer would help a deserving customer to build a credit up, especially in this economy where everybody is so scared. Thank you Bill. Thanks Jannell. More
