William May is a dishonorable person and will lie to your face and on the phone. I called about a truck and had a prequalification from my bank, he did not link up my information with the bank and just ran face and on the phone. I called about a truck and had a prequalification from my bank, he did not link up my information with the bank and just ran my credit anyway which put a hard inquiry on my credit report which this should had not happened. Also told me the bank said no and that is not what my bank states. This review has nothing to do with the dealership it is all William May. My mom also bought a car from him several years ago and stated she was having seconds thoughts and his comment to her I can't believe I wasted my time fulling with you if you are going to change your mind. More
