Great first time car buying experience! We came in to have a look at our options for mini vans. Since having our second child in October we've been cramming into our little blue car. Which w We came in to have a look at our options for mini vans. Since having our second child in October we've been cramming into our little blue car. Which worked great for one kid! Since putting two car seat into the little car, the passenger had their knees against the dash board and we couldn't offer rides to any of our friends and family! When we got to the dealership Will gave us a quick survey that narrowed down our options to one perfect van. Slightly upgraded but still in our ideal price range. We weren't planning on purchasing that day, but we couldn't refuse once we got a fantastic deal on it. We are so happy with our new Grand Caravan SXT! We can't wait to pack it up and drive down to BC in it! Everyone that we dealt with were friendly, straight forward, and helped us spend our money wisely! More

He found me a Nissan Rogue that he knew would suit my needs after a brief discussion with him about what I wanted in a car and what it would be used for. He had one of his financial team members do my paperwork quickly and efficiently and I was on the road in my new unit very quickly. Car buying here was hassle free and Will and his team mates made my whole family feel welcome and taken care of with special attention paid to my 11 month old so that he was happy during the experience as well. On top of that he went above and beyond to get my car to me the same day I got insurance and plates as I only had one driver in the house so he brought my car to me at my house! Best. Car experience. Ever! I selected Dodge as the vehicle purchased but since this dealership is a part of GP Auto Group, Will was actually able to put me in a Nissan knowing it was something I would love. More

The manager was super pushy with extended warrenty when I didnt want any. Even after I had said no multipe times, he was still trying to get me to take it. He told me that my loan needed insurance on it to be approved. I chose the cheapest one avaliable. I learned later when getting insurance put on the truck that the loan protection insurance is not required. But the finance manager said it was a requirement. The finance manager lied to me to make the sale. More
