As a business owner that works in the sales industry and marketing .. I have to give a round of applause and give Cesar his Flowers… this Gentleman from the moment I inquired on my vehicle gives me a call w marketing .. I have to give a round of applause and give Cesar his Flowers… this Gentleman from the moment I inquired on my vehicle gives me a call within 2 minutes of putting in my information within 10 minutes I had a FULL video and walk around of the vehicle I was inquiring on and 10 minutes after that I had a FULL breakdown of all the numbers and information I needed to make an informed decision in my research phase of buying a car … unfortunately I live out of state so I’m not in Florida I have not visited the dealership in person but if this dealership is anything close to a reflection of Cesar’s attentiveness & work ethic they WILL be earning my business whenever I decide to pull the trigger on buying a car .. I’m just so impressed by Cesar’s knowledge of the product and professionalism I HAD to write a review ! I almost want to recruit him to work for me!! Ahaha IF you’re in the market for a vehicle make sure to ask for Cesar when you call in trust me when I say he will go above and beyond for you and your family! Also! Special thanks to the management team Mr. Ben and Jason for putting together a superstar team of professionals that are all working diligently and together to provide excellent customer service to everbody in the area and even me & I’m 3,000 miles away !! My experience with dealers in West Palm had been absolutely terrible until I took a chance on Mazda of Palm Beach and I'm glad I did...Edwin from the moment he reached out he was prompt and courteou absolutely terrible until I took a chance on Mazda of Palm Beach and I'm glad I did...Edwin from the moment he reached out he was prompt and courteous and respectful and a class act of an individual..I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy by every employee and the experience was amazing...I recently lost my brother but they way I was treated with out these people knowing I was dealing with a personal loss...is deeply appreciated...I will only do business with Edwins and this dealership as a result and I would recommend anyone that want to treated with respect and kindness to do the same...top notch organization and highly professional, passionate and kind people here.
