I moved to Grande Prairie in 2006 with a 3 year background in personal banking and subsequently worked in a local bank for 2 more years. Looking for a change that utilized my finance knowledge, I moved into the car industry in 2008 with Grande Prairie Hyundai and have never looked back. It is my sincerest pleasure to provide consumers with competitive financial options for the one of the biggest purchases of their lives, and assist people in re-establishing their credit who have gone through hard times. Meaghan worked her little heart for me. She went over & above what is expected of a Sales Women to get me into a vehicle that suited my needs. Kerry took her time explaining all the paper work for me and & above what is expected of a Sales Women to get me into a vehicle that suited my needs. Kerry took her time explaining all the paper work for me and was so friendly. These two ladies even went as far as insurance shopping for me and went and registered my Ford Fusion SLT for me. "One stop shopping" WOW I was so impressed. This dealership is located in a Northern city in AB, the service here is by far better than the big city guys. Meaghan just didn't give up. She went as far as explaining to me how to rebuild my credit with the vehicle I purchased. She took my personal situation into consideration for my long term goals to get my dream vehicle. I will be a returning customer as long as Meaghan works here, she took a stressful situation and turned it into a pleasant experience for me. More

My experience with the dealership as well as everyone who helped me was 100% fantastic. Kerry and Will worked long and hard to get my financing done, dealing with a ton of paper work I had tosubmit as well a helped me was 100% fantastic. Kerry and Will worked long and hard to get my financing done, dealing with a ton of paper work I had tosubmit as well as hundreds of phone calls im sure to me as well as to finance companies on my behalf. Jenna was very knowledgeable on the car that I wanted and she did not try to upsell me to something other than what I wanted going into the dealership. All 3 people I dealt with were super friendly and made me feel very welcomed at the dealership. When I had gone into the dealership to sign all the papers and pick up my new car it was again very friendly and a welcome feeling, Jenna braved the cold and took me out to go look at the car, then stayed with me until Kerry was ready for me. Kerry was more than happy to go over every detail with me in full detail, and even took the time to look into things that I had asked her about and explain them to me in full, she was very helpful through the whole process. Jenna came to my new car with me and fully explained all the options and stuff with me and how everything worked in the car. Said a very friendly bye to me as I drove away. The car was extremely clean and in excellent condition, they matched me with it perfectly. I could not be happier and will definitely be returning to this dealership when the time comes for another vehicle. Highly reccommend this dealership to everybody!!!! More

this is actually my second Hyundai, i bought a 2006 elantra in dec 2005.. no credit at all.... it was great!! called in for a test drive and when i arrived was greeted with smile from all employees! elantra in dec 2005.. no credit at all.... it was great!! called in for a test drive and when i arrived was greeted with smile from all employees!! was given better then great trade in allowance on my car then anywhere else, (even the place i bought it) everything was explained very well and all my answers were properly handled and all my stipulations were met!!! I have not bought a new vehicle for about 12 years so I had a hard time deceiding what to purchase. Courtney and Will were very helpful in making us feel comfortable and answering lots of questions for us. had a hard time deceiding what to purchase. My husband and I were very happy with the service we received at Grande Prairie Hyundai. Upon entering the showroom we were greeted with Jenna's smiling face. Within 5 minutes or less we were already received at Grande Prairie Hyundai. Upon entering the showroom we were greeted with Jenna's smiling face. Within 5 minutes or less we were already sitting down and figuring out what model best suited our family and then she brought the vehicle to the showroom, so that we didn't even have to navigate the parking lot to go look at my future new car. :o) Jenna then went through all the options in the vehicle,explaining everything from the fog lights to the reverse camera. She is the reason we stopped looking once we left the Hyundai dealership. I have happily shared this review already to friends and family. :o) More

I enjoyed dealing with Brittany when looking for a vehicle for our family. She was polite, courtious, and really listened to our key points that we were looking for.
