Hi, I'm Will! I am part of the delivery team at Whitby Toyota, and I love the ability to interact with people. Originally from Halifax, I began my career in the car industry detailing cars. I now assist clients in the logistics of taking possession of their new vehicles. From sending you all the right information and helping you with paperwork, to making sure your vehicle is in tip top shape for your pick up date, I'm your guy! A little bit about me: I went to school for Culinary Arts, and though I am no longer managing in the restaurant business, I still enjoy cooking at home every chance that I get. Will is very unprofessional with extremely poor customer service. My local Peel dealer advised me to check out the new 2022 Tacoma from Whitby Toyota before placing a factory order. Will turned me down sayi service. My local Peel dealer advised me to check out the new 2022 Tacoma from Whitby Toyota before placing a factory order. Will turned me down saying they only deal with Durham residents. Not sure how this type of customer service helps the Toyota brand or the dealership business model as a whole. Furthermore I am surprised that the management team at Toyota Whitby found it appropriate to place Will in a customer facing position. More
