We’ve come from another Mazda dealer after having a couple issues turn up following schedule maintenance service at faulkner. We’ve found that trust and quality are found right here at north Penn. The staff was very responsive and thorough in providing service and a solution to our issue and we have found a trust so much that we will be back on a regular basis to return here for service instead of faulkner because of there dependability and great reputation. Only gave it 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. Will never spend another dime there. I have never had a worse customer experience in my life. I have purchased 3 cars from here with my wife in 7 yea Will never spend another dime there. I have never had a worse customer experience in my life. I have purchased 3 cars from here with my wife in 7 years and I will never be back. 206,000 miles currently on my Mazda 6 and I am due for a new vehicle. Not going here. Had to bring my car back in because the wheels almost fell off it from work they did. When I got it back there was a flat that they tried to charge me for. Really? Take some ownership for your work. Maybe if you did it right the first time, by your own admission, I wouldn’t have had to take more time out of my schedule to bring it back in. Really bad move to treat an understanding and reasonable customer who had patience with you in this whole process. Now I’m mad and I’m telling everyone that will listen. More
