We’ve reviewed our records and see that you contacted us regarding your A/C concern, and I see that we’ve already made arrangements for you to bring your vehicle in on Monday so we can take care of that. But I'm not seeing any prior communication related to financing or titling. If there’s additional context there, we’re happy to review it—but we do want to ensure we’re addressing concerns based on accurate information. I also want to clarify that several of the individuals listed in your review, including myself, had no direct involvement in your interaction. DealerRater allows customers to select employees, but in this case, multiple team members were rated who had no contact with you, which doesn’t reflect the actual experience. Mike, Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify, as the way this was presented clearly caused confusion — and that’s on us. The $40 line item you referenced is not a customer charge. It is an internal charge between our sales and detail departments and should not have appeared on your customer-facing paperwork. It also should have been properly explained at delivery, and we regret that it was not. Additionally, the “as-is” acknowledgment you mentioned is a standard purchase disclosure used on all vehicle transactions and does not affect Hyundai’s factory warranty or coverage on a new vehicle in any way. That said, we understand how unfamiliar wording — especially when combined with unclear documentation — can raise concern. We appreciate you calling this out.
