When we arrived at the dealership after a 4 hour trip, Joe and team where these and ready to show me the trucks I was interested in. He was full of knowledge on all the different options available and pros and cons of each. Ultimately, we decided to move forward in purchasing one of the trucks. The process from that point to the point we left the dealership in my new truck was less than an hour. The five star ford process was seamless and streamlined but also very personal.
