This has been a horrible car purchasing experience for me and my wife. I attempted to communicate via email by sending a contract, but encountered difficulties. Promised return calls were never received, leading me to refrain from signing any documents at that time. Only after indicating my intention to return the vehicle was there any follow-up from their end. I requested a refund of my deposit, which was acknowledged, but to date, the refund has not been processed. The conduct of this establishment appears highly unprofessional, with staff members Alex (sales) and Esmeralda (finance representative) exhibiting unreliability. More

Landon was incredibly knowledgeable about each car I looked at and was patient with me when I was conflicted on what I wanted. He helped steer me in the right direction by showing my vehicles based on w looked at and was patient with me when I was conflicted on what I wanted. Came in on a Saturday just to look around and was warmly greeted by Landon. We started off with some light conversation and built a great relationship! Doug was great support, extremely friendly and very helpful in the buying experience at this location.
