The dealership didn’t honor the deal we structured the night before. The brand new car had numerous areas of body damage that weren’t corrected before pickup. I ended up getting a different car but it also had body damage including a ding in the roof. Overall lack of attention to detail when it comes to customer service. Other dealerships do small things like putting the owners manual together, including the window sticker, and place in the glove box. Luther Mazda just stuffed the documents into to glove box as an afterthought. Other dealers also walk you through the features of the vehicle during pickup and have follow up calls from the sales person to answer questions. Theses small things provide an attention to detail regarding service and the customer experience. Luther Mazda did none of these things. Also, the tow hook wasn’t in the rear with the jacking equipment. Finally, the car had a pulse module installed on the 3rd brake light but I wasn’t interested in the option considering the up charge. I’m a couple months from purchase and just found out that the module was removed but the 3rd brake light wasn’t reconnected so we’ve been driving without a 3rd brake light which is a safety issue.
