quick, easy, detailed I called with an A/C problem. Robert got me right in and had a rental car waiting for me. Service did not identifiy the problem correctly. Parts were replaced that didn't resolve the issue. After 3rd different part replacement attempt and $1400 of "failed to resolve" repair/replacement pa Parts were replaced that didn't resolve the issue. After 3rd different part replacement attempt and $1400 of "failed to resolve" repair/replacement parts, vehicle's problem seems to be fixed.. Final part replacement tried (fuse box relay), seems to have identied to original problem. However it should have been the 1st solution tried. It was a "throw parts at it and guess solutions, approach. Internet identitied the problem originally from other Owners postings. "Chevy SSR cranks but won't start." The problem and solution was right there all along. I mentioned it to the Sevice Adviser up front, who dismissed the value of the internet. More

Positive experience I had to schedule my Traverse for service of the airbags which was a 1 day repair. Vladimir was my service rep and he was extremely helpful with makin I had to schedule my Traverse for service of the airbags which was a 1 day repair. Vladimir was my service rep and he was extremely helpful with making the arrangements, assisting me with my wheelchair, and getting me a ride on the Jim Ellis shuttle which is a wonderful service they prvide to their customers. John and Tony were the drivers and they were both courtious and professional as well as helpful. My experience was very positive and I will use their services in the futue. More
