The wait time is terrible!!!!! Vladimir took care of me and my car in the kindest, most efficient way possible. He kept me informed of the progress they were making and called when the car was ready. When I went to pick up the car, some information was missing (my fault, not theirs) and Robert got the information for me and finished the paperwork quickly. Customer service was excellent from start to finish, including the young man who brought the car around. Best of all, my car is running perfectly. More

Car Wouldn't Start//Routine Maintenance Too Our car wouldn't start Sunday morning. Had it jumped off and we saw an Engine Malfunction indicator lit up. Drove it in on Monday - Memorial Day - a Our car wouldn't start Sunday morning. Had it jumped off and we saw an Engine Malfunction indicator lit up. Drove it in on Monday - Memorial Day - and got with Vladimir in your Service Dept who we like working with on all of our vehicles. He called the next day to share with us what had happened, and we asked him to get the oil changed & rotate and balance our tires too. Vlad - and everyone else's - in Jim Ellis Service Dept are "so nice" & "so good//so helpful" to work with. We would "highly recommend" your Service Dept. More

Chevy Bolt I returned my Bolt for a couple of recall repairs. Check Engine Light - 2017 Tahoe I was very surprised to have the check engine light come on in my almost brand new Tahoe. Vladimir Kochubey was quick to calm me down and assure me th I was very surprised to have the check engine light come on in my almost brand new Tahoe. Vladimir Kochubey was quick to calm me down and assure me that whatever was going on, it would repaired. It turned out to be an evaporation leak at the fuel filler neck. Sounded complicated to me, but Vladimir explained it to me. Unfortunately, I needed a rental car because the part was not there nor were any loaner cars available. Vladimir had a porter take me to Enterprise and he also took care of the fees for the rental. It took a few more days than planned, but it was not a big issue because Vladimir kept in touch with me and also took care of the transporta More

Replace Shift Indicator The issue was fixed and relationship salvaged. I was given a loaner car while testing and replacement of my shift indicator (preventing the vehicle el The issue was fixed and relationship salvaged. I was given a loaner car while testing and replacement of my shift indicator (preventing the vehicle electronics from recognizing me shifter was actually in Park). Good experience; however, I did note that there were two scratches on my shifter that appear to be from the removal of the shifter knob. They are dime sized. Given my vehicle is a lease, I am not concerned but made a point to notify Jim Ellis as I did not cause the damage to the leather. More

Excellent service and was fixed first time My Service Advisor Vlad did a great job. Though it was luck as he just happened to be passing by while dropping off my Volt with Vlad, the Volt mecha My Service Advisor Vlad did a great job. Though it was luck as he just happened to be passing by while dropping off my Volt with Vlad, the Volt mechanic Eric (Erik?) stopped and provided some helpful insight that proved correct. Just to be picky, I dropped it off mid afternoon on a Wednesday for a Thursday 8:20am repair appointment and I did not receive a status until Friday around 1pm. That amount of time without my wheels was not a big deal but it would've been nice to have rec'd a status call or text by late Thursday just to make it'd easier on my planning. Still, everyone was nice, professional, and it was especially nice that my repair was under warranty! More

Stabilitrak signal and Shaking of the car I usually receive excellent service from JE Chevrolet, however , my stabilitrak and TCS warning came on with the engine light, the next day. I have made another appointment for Fri. 25th of May. I pray my car is not going to give me a lot of trouble. I have had such success since it's purchase in 2017.
