Appointment didn’t mean much This particular dealership seems way too small for the number of customers and at least for me, tends to take longer than estimated for service appoin This particular dealership seems way too small for the number of customers and at least for me, tends to take longer than estimated for service appointments. This last appointment, for example, was just an oil change and tire rotation. I was told 1.5 hours when I checked in for my appointment. After more than 2 hours had passed, while I waited in the waiting room, I had heard nothing so I inquired as to the status. Well, they had just started ikon the vehicle. At least an update would have been nice, but I would have expected an appointment to be finished in time or at least close to it. It took nearly double the time. And it took almost a week just to get the appointment. Service personnel were nice, and the manager tried to explain the situation and make it right, but to me that was too late. Management seems to be aware of the problems, but don’t seem to be doing much about making it better. More

CUSTOMER SERVICE DRIVEN I came in for a scheduled service in the a.m. and it was already crowded. The staff was very attentive to us that were waiting in line, assuring us th I came in for a scheduled service in the a.m. and it was already crowded. The staff was very attentive to us that were waiting in line, assuring us they would get to us soon as possible. I was asked if I had an appointment for my service. When I said yes, I felt like that meant something to them. I expected to be there for hours because of the amount of people waiting for service, but I was pleasantly surprised. I felt like my appointment time was honored and they got me in and out as quickly as they could and my service was well done. More

While it took a couple of weeks to solve, they kept on it, and I appreciate their diligence to serving the customer. They fix their mistakes I went in for a repair that they could not get taken care of the first time, due to lack of materials. However, they fixed the repair and also took care of me having to wait so long. I am pleased with how they own their mistakes and make them right. Nobody is perfect, so it is really great when Vlad admitted the issues and made them right. I am very happy. More

Sueann was fantastic. Sueann went above and beyond for me. She was a careful listener and then took action to get my vehicle repaired timely and cost effectively for me. And one of the technicians agreed to come in early to finalize the work on my vehicle so I could pick it up in time to leave for a trip.
