Oil Change on Corvette I brought in my new-to-me 2015 Corvette for an oil change. The service technician, Vladimir, was quick to help, polite, and thoroughly explained what I brought in my new-to-me 2015 Corvette for an oil change. The service technician, Vladimir, was quick to help, polite, and thoroughly explained what would get done. I appreciate that they not only changed the oil, but checked the various pressures throughout the car and reset the oil life to 100% in the infotainment system. More

I go out of my way to take my car here I pass by my local Chevy dealership which is minutes from my house and even closer to my work in order to take my car to Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Friendly staff that is overbooked and overworked I have been taking my car to get serviced at Jim Ellis Chevrolet for almost 3 years now. I never had any serious issues, and the service staff members I have been taking my car to get serviced at Jim Ellis Chevrolet for almost 3 years now. I never had any serious issues, and the service staff members have all been very friendly and informative. That being said, recently they have become serverely overbooked, and the quality of service has naturally declined. This location used to have an express service to help handle the load by taking in routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes. However, that service station was recently closed to build a new Cadillac dealership. Understandably, the staff and technicians seem to not be able to keep up with the growing service demands. This has resulted in misinformation being given to customers and work being delayed and not completed by the estimated time. It’s a shame to see the decline of this dealership’s service department as it used to be the best in town. More
