I would totally recommend him. Jeff Woo on the other hand is a horrible service advisor. He was just taking over me and wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and was just too confrontational. Everything he was saying he couldn’t do, Vladimir was able to do. So I just believe Jeff is the worst service advisor to have. More

I took my vehicle in for this a year ago with a different service advisor that was not clear in communication or able to walk me through the process of resolution. This was challenging repair and there was tons of back and forth with the service advisor and my extended warranty company. The frustration with my service advisor just made me say forget it and not do the repair. Now, a year later with dreading going another year without AC or Heat in my car. I dropped my vehicle off with Vlad. I was lucky enough to find a capable and competent service advisor to work through this issue. Vlad was able to negotiate to have all my repairs covered with my extended warranty. Vlad was good with explaining steps in the process. My only complaint was the length of how long my vehicle was at the dealership and how this made me incur personal expenses of Uber and rental fees. I wish there wasn’t a 3 day delay until my vehicle was touched for actual repairs. More

The only thing i remember was spending $3,000 and my car not working, and Vladimir. I was very upset. Vladimir explained, sometimes things happen, but he would do his best to rectify the situation. Throughout our conversation he listened and later apologized. I remembered Vladimir from our conversation 9 months prior. Vladimir is a valuable service member. Elise and Vladimir are the reasons why i will continue to bring my vehicle to your service center. I have worked with other service members but i don't remember their names. These 2 members stood out. Thank you. More
