Worst customer service experience ever After making an appointment two days prior for a 730 drop off and leaving my vehicle at the designated time,it was 26 hours before i was able to get a After making an appointment two days prior for a 730 drop off and leaving my vehicle at the designated time,it was 26 hours before i was able to get any feedback and was told the appointment was only an appointment to drop the car and it had no diagnostics completed and could be provided no ‘good estimate’ for when it may even see a mechanic. I had been assured when i made the appointment and when i dropped the car that i would have some information and estimate for the real work the same day. Poor commincand often misleading information prompted me to cancel the appointment altogether and to take my car elsewhere. As a customer of Jim Ellis for years in Chevy and VW, the experience pretty much has me considering any OTHER company for future purchases or services. More
