Mercedes of Natick is a great dealership. Everyone we had dealings with really cared that we we well informed and happy with our purchase. When our car was about to be delivered to the dealership Chandon, th dealings with really cared that we we well informed and happy with our purchase. When our car was about to be delivered to the dealership Chandon, the sales manager, contacted us and gave us the heads up. We came in and meet Vito, our salesperson. Chandon and Vito worked with us to give us a great value on our trade. We were very happy with the whole paperwork process. Kolls, the business manager, worked quickly to get our paperwork finalized. He explained all the options we could purchase but did not pressure us. When we took delivery of the car, The car was perfect. We then had a fantastic meeting with Caroline that was and hour and half long. She is truly remarkable. She showed is so many features of the car.. She helped us set up many options to customize the car to our liking. I would highly recommend Mercedes of Natick for there sales and service teams. More
