Their service is terrible, sales is sleazy and they simply do not care about the customer! I had a terrible experience at this dealership! If you find something wrong with you vehicle, you cannot complain about because they do no wrong! They will call you a liar and tell you how great they are! That is not how it is supposed to work, I am sorry! There are much better dealerships in New England than Herb Chambers Mercedes Benz than this one! Drive further away to find another one and you will be so much happier you did! More

Trade in value was very good and came to what I expected for my vehicle. I walked away feeling that I made an excellent purchase. Vito's ability to speak Spanish was also a great help. All members of this dealership are just super people. Very cordial and friendly staff. I actually sent them a friend who bought a Benz from them and she also found them to be pleasant to deal with. Will definitely recommend and buy my next MB from Mercedes of Natick !! Alex Zizza was very honest and knowledgeable...great person to deal with, he was the one to close the deal by giving me a reasonably good trade in-value. Francisco Robledo and Danny Kaboub were just the nicest guys....although I did not deal with them directly, they were always there when I visited to make sure I was being taken care of and helped. Just little things that make one feel like they are receiving VIP status any time they step in at Mercedes of Natick. More

They were a joy to deal with and negotiations were reasonable and pleasant, not tense and uncomfortable like other dealerships. Vito was in contact during the manufacturing of my car in Germany, it was registered and delivered to my home. Shahien spent more than adequate time programming my auto and ascertaining that I had a complete understanding of the technology present. Without reservation, I would recommend MB of Natick to everyone! More

In fact, we visited this Mercedez agency in Natick - MA, to have an idea of the new models in view of purchasing one upon our return to Miami. We were welcomed by Vito Argote in such warm and professional way that it took him only a few moments to show us exactly what we wanted. In addition, he proposed us to deliver the unit in our home in Florida and to take care of the process of plates, registration and transport. In view of his kind, efficient and friendly approach, we decided to buy the unit to him. Few days later, we received the vehicle at our complete satisfaction and Vito called us several times to know if we were happy with our brand new car. For us, it was an awesome experience and we will strongly recommend Mercedez of Natick and Vito in particular. In addition, the Mercedez facilities in Natick are very modern and elegant and all the supporting staff is very friendly.
