Everything was absolutely wonderful!!! The first person I talked to was Tiffany and she understood my schedule and she contacted me by email like I requested. She was very nice and answered all of my questions. The first car I looked at was the Hyundai Elantra, they informed me when it sold. So when I made an appointment, I was expecting to just look and not buy. The day before I went in I saw a 2008 Toyota Yaris, it was the car I have been looking for. When I went in Vee came to help me. He got the process started very quickly. I always heard stories about how it takes all day. I went in at 1:30 and was out before 4:00. Virgilio was very kind and caring. He let me test drive the car and told me about other payment options. I told him my down payment and my monthly payments and he matched them. This was my first car purchase and I was so nervous that I went alone. After talking with Vee, I did not feel nervous anymore. The price of the car was awesome. He explained all charges and anything extra involved. I would recommend Vee to all of my friends and family looking for their next car. I really thank Tiffany and Vee for making my first car purchase enjoyable!!! I cannot say enough about these two!!! Thank you sooooooo much!!! I am so excited, I am almost in tears. They helped me so much! More

We are very pleased with our experience at Conicelli Toyota of Springfield. Our Sienna was ready to test drive quickly, and the deal making process was straightforward, which was a relief compared to ot Toyota of Springfield. The customer service has been fantastic since we bought - they've gone above and beyond to fix a couple of things and make sure we had what we needed.
