Process is for benefit of the dealer. Not the customer. For instance the loaner process. Required: license ok. Credit card - so if, or certainly their mentality, when a dispute happens we'll grab the money For instance the loaner process. Required: license ok. Again when that problem comes up we have no faith that you will provide appropriate information so can proactively put forth a claim. Wife's car she carries it with her. Another hassle not for customers benefit. Than the loaner condition review. While new had 10 minor / little marks which they proceed to record. Putting you on the hunt in fear that one missed will come back to bite. My question have you chased people and received "payment" for these already? Is this a recurring subscription type revenue source. Now to gas. Get the concept. But my car had and I needed to attest to, five eights of a tank. How much do I put in to get it back there? And they note if not you will be charged 4.75 or something ridiculous. Again another recurring income against the customer. My question to which no response, are we going to go over my 80k car and review any marks before and after?? Of course not nothing could that happen. We're to blame we allow it. And there probably no worse than anyone else. I don't go to other dealers. If I knew they were better I would go. More
