My 2017 Kia Sportage is part of millions of vehicles included in a lawsuit against Kia several years ago for excess oil consumption. This has caused my engine many issues and every time I have visited other Kia locations in the past I never feel like I'm being given the whole story. A few weeks ago my car started shaking when I turned it on so I got it over to Hollywood Kia right away. Umar was extremely helpful in helping diagnose the issues (there were several) as well as assuring my warranty covered the maximum amount possible for the fixes needed. He answered my questions thoroughly and kept me updated through out the process. I am grateful for all of Umar and the team at Hollywood Kia's help. I will absolutely be going back there for my next car service (although hopefully not too soon!). More
