He was flexible when dealing my schedule and other conditions (weather);Robert worked diligently to locate the vehicle of my choice (color) and he worked to ensure that I would receive the various discount opportunities were available to me ; Darlene was very nice and accommodating. Before I met Robert. I believe it was my interaction and conversation with Darlene that made me comfortable about the Dealership. Working with Vic was also very pleasant and professional. He explained the various financial options available making my decision less difficult. Great Experience! Over the years, I have to say that buying/leasing a car has never been on the top of my list of "fun things to do". The reason for that is, I am alway Over the years, I have to say that buying/leasing a car has never been on the top of my list of "fun things to do". The reason for that is, I am always very skeptical if I got a fair deal or not. However, I have to say not only did my wife and I feel like we received a very fair deal, but it was actually an enjoyable experience. Tommy was spectacular. He was very patient and explained everything in detail. He didn't rush through the process and a real personable guy. He then handed us over to the finance person Vic. Over the years, finance people were always trying to push extras on us and it was a drawn- out process. I have to say the whole process with Vic took maybe 10-15 mts and we were out of there. Very competent and quick. All in all I would highly recommend Sarant Cadillac and more specifically our salesman, Tommy Sabbatino. More

I can tell you the team at Sarant is far above the rest. If you are looking for a Cadillac and dont stop in at Sarant shame on you. My salesperson TOMMY SABBATINO was the best. Explained every detail of the car. Vic was awesome, never felt so comfortable signing lease paperwork. Antonio sales manager made me feel like part of the family and least but not last the service dept is the best out there. Joe Mistretta is awesome. I've been leasing CADILLACS there for over 15 years . My daughter who drives a jeep was also impressed!! Go to Sarant or go home !! More
