Hi Karen, My name is Barry and I am the Service Manager at David Stanley. I had spoken to Vianey last week about your vehicle and If I remember correctly there was an issue with washer fluid. After talking with her sounded like we refilled it again and it was out again. I just wanted to follow up and make sure that we were getting that looked at for you. She said they you two had talked and everything was better and you were ok at that point and we needed to look at it again to see what the actual problem is.
