I had been looking for a new car, as my 2014 Nissan Murano had over 100,000 miles on it. I knew I wanted another SUV and had looked at several different models, but they were priced higher than I wante Murano had over 100,000 miles on it. I knew I wanted another SUV and had looked at several different models, but they were priced higher than I wanted to pay. A friend had recommended that I look at either the Ford Escape or the Edge. I knew the Escape was a little smaller than I wanted, so I started looking at the 2024 Edge. I wanted a new one, and found exactly what I was looking for online at Jim Ellis Ford Sandy Springs. I was not confident the price they posted online is what they were really selling it for (based on previous experiences with car dealers). I showed up at about 7:30am on a Friday morning and when I went in the dealership, Veronica was the first person that came up and introduced herself and offered to help me with my search. She was so full of energy - even that early in the morning! She got the key, warmed up the car for me (it was unusually cold that day!) and we took it for a test drive. She explained all the options and functions of the car and answered any questions. We started our negotiations and while the first deal they presented wasn't bad, it wasn't what I was looking for. I countered, and they accepted the deal. I had my own financing so we got the paperwork sent to my Credit Union and I took the car home later in the afternoon. Andre was my finance manager, and it was a very smooth process - he presented some maintenance plans, but there was no hard sell like you experience at other places. Veronica was great about getting the car perfectly detailed for me and even taking care of fixing an issue with one of the rims. My experience with Veronica and Jim Ellis Ford Sandy Springs ranks as one of the best car buying experiences in my life! Everyone I have dealt with at Jim Ellis Ford is very professional, pleasant and welcoming. If you are looking for a new Ford, I highly recommend Veronica Gomez and Jim Ellis Ford Sandy Springs.
