I’ve already filled this out. Basically what I said was overall the people I interacted with were polite. It was a 6 hour process and the financing process went a little sideway Basically what I said was overall the people I interacted with were polite. It was a 6 hour process and the financing process went a little sideways. I came in prequalified at 9% from Redstone, y’all asked me if y’all could match it would I use one of y’all’s finance companies, I said yes, when I finally got in to finish the process y’all were at 15% but the day was over and if I was going to leave with the car that day I either had to except your deal or walk away with no car because the day was over and we were just about the last people left at the dealership. I took the deal and am now refinancing with Redstone. More

The only negative was that I showed them my approval from Redstone Federal and they ask if they could match that rate would I use one of there banks, I said sure. After hours passed and the establishment wa Redstone Federal and they ask if they could match that rate would I use one of there banks, I said sure. After hours passed and the establishment was getting ready to close they finally called me to finish the paperwork. The paperwork had an interest rate over 6% higher than I had with Redstone. It was classic, I had spent about 5 hours there. I had to drive the car to Auburn where my daughter was waiting. Or. I could cancel the deal and start over. They knew I was trying to get the car to my daughter as a bday present, I’m sure they felt certain I would roll with it for my daughter not to get disappointed. I did, I got the car to my daughter and now I’m having to refinance with Redstone. A great job was done smiling all while doing the old trick a rue!! More
