I bought a 2011 Kia Soul at Rivergate Kia on Saturday. My salesman, Ulysses Butler was very friendly and nice to work with. Mr. Butler was very professional. He did not pressure us and was very patient and willing to help with any question or concern we had. He expressed to us that he loved being a car salesman and his love for and was very patient and willing to help with any question or concern we had. Ulysses called me about a used SUV that had just come in. I went in to drive it. I like the vehicle but because it was used, it did not have the 10 year warranty that I wanted. But Ulysses did not give I went in to drive it. I like the vehicle but because it was used, it did not have the 10 year warranty that I wanted. But Ulysses did not give up. He took me to the extra lot that you have to show me a new one that he thought I would like. It was not there but the one I finally bought was there. I really like it. Ulysses was great to work with. He is a real asset to your dealership. He just doesn't give up. The price was more than I really want to pay and I think my friends think I could have gotten a better price with better negotiating skills. But all in all, I have a very good experience and I would recommend your dealership. More

I gave this rating because before i ever came onto the lot I felt at home. Ulysses treated me like I was family and his boss and Charles did the same.
