Haggardja, we've had a chance to pull up the video and audio records from your visit in our Finance department. According to you and your son-in-law who was on the phone with you at the time, it was agreed that the rate available was 'fair' and where 'everyone' was right now with rates on a used vehicle. While we would love to be able to set rates lower for our customers, that is not in our control. Your offered interest rate is based on many factors, including your credit score. We do start preparing vehicles for delivery once the customer states they are ready to purchase. This is to shorten the time a customer waits for their new purchase after paperwork is complete. Our clientele tell us they want the process to be quick and we are always looking for ways to meet their expectations and deliver an exceptional experience. As we stated at the time of your visit, we are here to assist you in any way, including additional training that you may require. Not all clients learn the same way or at the same speed. We'd love to schedule a time with you to go over how to operate your vehicle. If you would like to do that, you may either message us privately via this platform or call your Sales Professional directly. We look forward to seeing you again and helping you feel 100% comfortable in your new vehicle!
