I came in for some recall work and maintenance. Requested a full size loaner to match my existing vehicle. I was treated great and given a beautiful new SUV for a loaner. This review reflects the quality of the service/work only, the customer service from Jessica and Tyler was wonderful and honestly the only redeeming factor in this experience. A routine oil change and t only, the customer service from Jessica and Tyler was wonderful and honestly the only redeeming factor in this experience. A routine oil change and tire rotation turned into being without my car overnight after having it break down in the middle of the road as soon as I pulled out of the lot, which was found to be caused by a sensor getting dirty during the service and not being cleaned. I still don’t know how it wasn’t caught before the car was turned over to me to pick up as I could feel it shaking/shuttering as soon as I turned it on. After getting my car pushed back into the service center and picking it up the next morning my “tire pressure” alert popped up within a few minutes of driving only to be told when I called that the service center most likely just forgot to “reset” it after rotating the tires and that I would need to bring it in for a third time to have it fixed (which wasn’t possible as I was driving out of town for the weekend). At this point I’m hesitant to continue to have any service done at this location due to how many “slips” have occurred for two very simple processes. More

This was a routine service for a Ford recall issue. I simply scheduled the appointment, dropped the vehicle off at night. They called me the next day it was all done.
