They took the time to explain the careful selection process that Klaben engages in when purchasing previously owned vehicles. My Third purchase at Klaben Pretty much straight talk. No super pressure to buy. Salesman has good knowledge of product. Took care of Insurance transfer. My mother, who bought her Fusion at a different dealer, wished they had come to Klaben. Finance made signing tons of documents easy and efficient.
