From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I was met by Tyler Gibson. He made me feel very comfortable. Tyler was very patient and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the sale. I had the most amazing experience at Toyota of Cleveland! Seriously the nicest people to buy a car from! My salesman was Tyler, who truly went above and beyond to find me a car i didn't feel like I was settl Seriously the nicest people to buy a car from! My salesman was Tyler, who truly went above and beyond to find me a car i didn't feel like I was settling for and dealing with the most paniced and picky customer after my horrible experience at nissan of clevelabd and the most helpful sales manager stockon Coffey and the most wonderful and helpful finance manager Chrystal Thompson! She not only took like to make sure my payment stayed in my range but she also took time to explain and SHOW Me why my interest rate was high ! She never made me feel stupid for not knowing something like the finance manager at nissan did. Hands down 10/10 I'd recommend to anyone who's looking to buy a vehicle! Definitely go see these kind people at Toyota of Cleveland! More

I was not feeling optimistic about my trade-in options but I went to Justice and Tyler to see what they could do for me. They put in a lot of work trying to get me into something more affordable! Extremely satisfied re-peat customers! We have now purchased two vehicles from Toyota of Cleveland. The first was a new 2015 Toyota Tacoma back in 2014. Now, my wife and I purchased a 2024 We have now purchased two vehicles from Toyota of Cleveland. The first was a new 2015 Toyota Tacoma back in 2014. Now, my wife and I purchased a 2024 Toyota Highlander XSE. The whole experience was fantastic. Bridget started off the process by keeping an eye out for a Highlander of our desire to be delivered to the dealer. Tyler took over from there. Tyler was extremely easy to deal with, and a fantastic communicator through the whole process. Taylor was very good at explaining everything back in finance. There was no pressure during the entire process. Toyota, these are the types of folks you need dealing with your customers every day. We love Toyota, and these guys give us reason to keep doing so! More
